3. Our Process: From Sketch to Island Delivery

We co-developed moodboards and prototypes in collaboration with the architect team.

We used a mix of natural rattan (indoor), synthetic PE rattan (outdoor), and aluminum-teak frames for anti-corrosion purposes.
✅ Production Timeline
Over 400 pieces were handcrafted over 10 weeks with continuous QC reporting for the client.
✅ Logistics
We arranged container shipping with split delivery to Male and direct resort port, complete with fumigation, SVLK certification, and export documentation.
